Terms of Use
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Oxblood Barbell ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Subscriptions & Billing
The App offers auto-renewing subscriptions via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Payment will be charged to your account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's account settings.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
3. Refunds
All payments are processed by Apple or Google. Refund requests must be made directly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not process refunds ourselves.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to misuse the App, including but not limited to: reverse engineering, attempting to bypass subscription restrictions, uploading malicious content, or using the App for any illegal purpose.
5. Limitation of Liability
Oxblood Barbell provides fitness tracking and programming tools for informational purposes only. The App does not provide medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program. We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from your use of the App.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, algorithms, and branding within the App are the property of Oxblood Barbell. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App for violation of these terms. You may terminate your use at any time by deleting your account through the App settings or by contacting us.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated within the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
